Role: Agile Coach

Location: Denver, CO, Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC 5 days onsite

Must Have:

years of experience: 10+ years

Heavily Agile coach experience required along with banking domain experience

Foundational skills:

• Experience with Scrum Teams, Kanban Teams and working in the Bank of America version of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience in participating in Agile Communities of Practices and/or interacting with the Agile Center of Excellence.
• Experience in creating and delivering training content in a simple interactive manner for various roles in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Should be a hands-on passionate team player that can work at all levels across the organization.
• Experienced in launching PDTs, Training teams, coaching PDTs as well as Teams.
• Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Desired skills:

• Strong leader, educator, coach, and problem solver.
• An excellent communicator and motivator.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Horizon tooling experience (JIRA, TeamHQ, PPRT etc.).
• Agile Coach certification or SM/RTE certification.
• Experience coaching multiple trains, large organizations.
