Cordia Resources is seeking a Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist for a project focused on streamlining membership billing processes. The primary goal of this role is to transition all memberships to a single pay date , ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process membership billing transactions.
• Oversee the transfer of memberships to a unified billing cycle.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve billing inquiries and ensure member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a membership system (required).
• Strong accounts receivable skills , including reconciliation and payment processing.
• Proven experience handling membership-related billing .
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
