Requirements: - Active, non-expiring Medication Aide Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in adult or assisted living care
- Completion of facility credentialing
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed
- Basic knowledge of medication protocols and documentation
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities: - Administer prescribed medications accurately and timely per resident care plans
- Document medication administration and resident responses
- Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns to licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area
- Collaborate with nursing staff to support overall resident care and safety
