Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable CrossFit Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with people, can deliver safe and effective programming, and knows how to push members while keeping workouts fun and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead group classes with energy, professionalism, and attention to safety.
• Provide scaling options and modifications to meet all fitness levels.
• Educate and motivate members on proper movement techniques.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive gym culture.
• Assist with member retention, engagement, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to uphold programming standards and gym goals.

Qualifications

• CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) or higher a plus
• CPR/AED certified a plus
• Previous coaching experience preferred, but not required if you have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of functional fitness, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Positive, energetic personality with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
