Position Summary

As a  Direct-to-Home Solar Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through door-to-door outreach. You'll educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage, helping them achieve energy independence while contributing to a sustainable future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and close solar sales.
• Attend two in-person team meetings weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays in Milpitas).
• Participate in Sunrun's opportunity calls and training sessions.
• Represent Sunrun's brand and values in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team leaders and recruiters to optimize outreach strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn and Instagram for outreach (with access to team profiles).

Education & Experience

• Background on Door-to-door sales, Athletics (former athletes), Home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), Real estate, Military service or Small business ownership
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required. We value grit, coachability, and drive over tenure
