• Lead & Inspire – Motivate and guide a team of 5–20 during each shift, setting the tone for excellence.

• Keep Operations Running Smoothly – Manage team assignments, breaks, and real-time challenges.
• Serve Others – Support front- and back-of-house operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Coach & Develop – Train and mentor team members to help them grow in their roles and careers.
• Solve Problems with Confidence – Approach challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Maintain a Safe & Inviting Environment – Ensure cleanliness, safety, and fun for both guests and team members.
