Position Summary The Fitness Coach plays a key role in delivering our promise of helping members reach their health and fitness goals. This position involves leading individual and small group training sessions, designing customized workout programs, and fostering strong relationships with members to create an engaging and results-driven fitness experience. Key Responsibilities * Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members. * Develop personalized training programs based on members’ goals, fitness level, and health history. * Lead small group training sessions and one-on-one personal training. * Provide guidance on proper exercise form, injury prevention, and nutrition fundamentals. * Maintain high energy and enthusiasm in every session. * Track client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continued success. * Participate in member engagement, retention, and lead generation efforts. * Maintain a clean and safe training environment. * Collaborate with the club manager and membership team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Qualifications * Current CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days). * Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or ACSM preferred). * Previous personal training or coaching experience (1+ years preferred). * Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills. * Ability to lead by example and promote the Anytime Fitness brand and culture.
