Friendly Fremont family looking for part-time help! Do you enjoy helping families stay organized and spending time with kids? We’re looking for a part-time family helper to assist with after-school care for our two kids (ages 8 & 4) and light household tasks. You’ll help with school pickups, tidying up, meal prep, laundry, and a few errands. The ideal person is dependable, friendly, and takes initiative. A valid driver’s license is required — we’ll verify ID and driving history. If this sounds like a good fit, please send me a message! Responsibilities: Pick up and drop off kids from school and after-school activities Assist with: • Tidying and organizing around the house • Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup • Trash pickup and evening reset of kitchen/dining area • Meal prep (cutting vegetables, preparing dinner ingredients) • Laundry and folding Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license • Calm, organized, and takes initiative • Prior experience with children or families is a plus (but not required) • Comfortable with both childcare and housekeeping duties • Trustworthy, proactive, and punctual • Must be willing to verify ID and driving history About Company: SV Ventures is a leading real estate investment firm based in California’s Bay Area, specializing in residential fix-and-flip projects and new construction.
