Job Description

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to commute to different job-sites, and assist the Project Manager in managing large HVAC construction projects.
• Assist in managing, organizing, and documenting: plans and specifications, schedule management for field and subcontractors, equipment, progress billing, submittals, RFI’s, material purchases, change orders, cost engineering, labor and production tracking.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work-history.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar in Construction related is preferred.
• 1+ years of field experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager on large HVAC commercial projects.
• Strong software knowledge in Microsoft Office, Trance Trace, MS Project, Autodesk, Revit, BlueBeam, or similar Scheduling and Cost Estimating software knowledge are a plus.
• Knowledge in State Building Codes, among others are a plus.
