Your Role: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team. Your main goal will be to connect with insurance professionals, educate them on our platform, and drive sales. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to connect with insurance professionals.
• Educate potential clients on our platform and services.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
• Keep records of sales activities in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone skills – ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales (inside sales, digital marketing, solar, debt consolidation, tax relief, or insurance is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What We Offer

• Base Salary:  $3,000/month base, with quarterly adjustments.
  Higher Payouts per Sale + 3 Months of Recurring Commissions.
  Uncapped Commissions –  Top Reps Earn $100K+
