We are looking for clean, safe, reliable professionals to join our outstanding installation team. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in personal growth. As an Install Helper, you are the face of our brand, and the customer experience depends on you. Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Install Leads and assisting in completing repairs and installations.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and Generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
Assist in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and Generator systems
Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and Generator equipment when needed
Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
No experience necessary, willing to train the right person
Having a strong work ethic
Able to lift 50 lbs continuously
Safety oriented
Have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Able to pass a thorough background check
Develop strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to go into crawl spaces or attics
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
