Job Description

GCyber is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to support a high-profile DISA customer. The primary objective of this position is technical delivery for SharePoint and CRM platform services. You will report directly to the Program Manager overseeing Tier 2/3/4 support, system engineering, and modernization efforts for a portfolio of Microsoft cloud and on-prem applications. 

As the IT Delivery Manager for Microsoft Platform Services, you will:

• Lead technical teams in maintaining and supporting on-prem and cloud SharePoint/CRM environments.
• Oversee migration planning, execution, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Manage technical plans for IT engineering and enterprise architecture projects.
• Ensure delivery of quality tools and technologies in line with Government objectives.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues, including third-party integrations (Power Platform, Business Applications).
• Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+)
• BA/BS in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting, delivery management, or related roles.
• 5+ years hands on experience and expertise in SharePoint (on-prem and Online), Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and cloud migration.
