Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant professional IT support experience
• Experience in managing end users within business settings
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and deploying Windows PCs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory user and group management
• Experience with file server or SharePoint folder access and permissions
• Skills in network and VPN connectivity troubleshooting
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple support tickets simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration

• Provide remote and occasional in-person IT assistance to end users
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows computers (hardware and software)
• Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals
• Assist with mobile device setup (email, MFA, and configuration)
• Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage Active Directory users and groups
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 user accounts and licensing
• Set up and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Address basic issues related to Exchange Online and email
• Support file access and permissions in Windows file server, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity challenges, both wired and wireless
• Assist with VPN connection issues and remote access problems
• Conduct basic server troubleshooting (not involving design or builds)
• Work with business-class networking/security solutions such as Ubiquiti, Cisco, HP Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, and SonicWall
• Accurately document all actions taken within our ticketing system
• Appropriately escalate more complex or advanced issues as needed
