Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee the daily operations of landscape maintenance for both commercial and residential properties across Oahu. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape design, construction, and upkeep, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate and drive a company vehicle with necessary maintenance equipment and crew.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping personnel.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Plan and assign daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Educate customers on lawn care, irrigation, and pest control best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure crews maintain high-quality work standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate and transport landscaping equipment, including trailers and small machinery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 1–2 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
- At least 1 year of experience in irrigation system maintenance, repair, or modification.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and working outdoors for up to 8 hours in various weather conditions.
