Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is seeking a creative and agile **Marketing Coordinator** to support our Federal Aviation programs as part of the Corporate Affairs team. This role will play a key part in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate program visibility, drive stakeholder engagement, and support long-term strategic growth. The ideal candidate has experience working in government, or federal aviation sectors, and thrives in fast-paced environments. They bring strong graphic and creative development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to help deliver results that matter. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Support the development and execution of the Federal Aviation marketing strategy and campaign roadmap + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling creative assets + Assist in messaging development, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications + Manage fast-turnaround deliverables and ensure quality under tight deadlines + Coordinate with the Corporate Affairs team to identify and promote early program successes + Track and report on campaign performance metrics across media relations, social media, and advertising + Contribute to the development of business cases and marketing plans that support program implementation + Partner with the External Communications team to guide creative direction and ensure brand alignment + Present ideas and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field + 5+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years of experience in lieu of Degree + Experience in government, or federal aviation industries + Strong graphic design and creative development skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast-paced deadlines + Collaborative and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills + Metrics-driven mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual impact + Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred + Ability to travel up to 25% + Must be a US Citizen \#BNATCS **Security Clearance Requirement:** None This position is part of our Corporate team.
