Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician specializing in BMW and Ducati motorcycles to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing high-performance motorcycles to manufacturer standards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW and Ducati motorcycles. * Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., BMW ISTA, Ducati DDS) to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electronic issues. * Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI), routine servicing, and performance tuning. * Complete all repairs to the highest safety and quality standards, following BMW and Ducati factory procedures. * Accurately document all work completed and parts used. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Stay current with technical training and certifications provided by BMW Motorrad and Ducati. * Communicate effectively with the service advisor team and customers when necessary to explain technical issues and solutions. Qualifications & Skills: * 2+ years of experience as a motorcycle technician (BMW or Ducati experience highly preferred). * Factory certification or willingness to obtain certification from BMW Motorrad and/or Ducati. * Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. * Familiarity with CAN-bus systems, electronic suspension, ABS, and rider assist systems. * Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. * Valid motorcycle license (M endorsement). * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
