Our team is hiring a Non-CDL Waste Collection Driver to collect material from our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Our company has different opportunities to eventually move up to driver CDL vehicles and increase your wage. Responsibilities:

• Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience
• Drive safely and efficiently to collect waste materials from designated customer locations.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining a consistent schedule to meet customer expectations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any incidents during the route.

Qualifications:

• Delivery driver or related job experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and a clean driving record
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL) strongly desired but not required.
