Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee production of the podcast, taking ownership of the show's creative and operational success alongside host.
• Strategize content and brand direction for Relatable with Allie Beth Stuckey , ensuring alignment with the show's mission and audience expectations.
• Lead a team of creatives, collaborating with multiple team members simultaneously to execute high-quality content while multitasking effectively.
• Upkeep operational systems (task management, sales software, content performance reviews, etc.).
• Develop compelling, attention-grabbing titles, descriptions, and thumbnails, consulting on SEO best practices to maximize reach.
• Write polished, professional emails and scripts, ensuring clear communication with team members and high-profile guests.
• Conduct thorough research to pitch relevant stories, topics, and segments (in theology, Christian news, and politics) that resonate with Relatable listeners.
• Anticipate host's needs with strong intuition, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of episodes.
• Guide the creation of simple graphics for daily show edits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills :

• Location : Dallas, TX
• 5+ years of related production experience on a podcast, news show, or similar media platform required.
• Deep familiarity with Allie Beth Stuckey's brand, audience, and content style.
• Extensive knowledge of theological topics and current Christian news, with a strong understanding of cultural, faith, political, and news media landscapes.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive, go-getter attitude and a track record of taking initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability in high-pressure environments.
• Superior writing skills for crafting emails, scripts, and other communications.
• Strong research skills to identify trending topics and stories with viral potential.
• Impeccable editorial judgment and intuition for anticipating host and audience needs.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Premiere) and basic editing skills preferred.
