Cedar Park Med is recruiting dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) who are ready to provide quality patient care and join a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to provide care that meets the needs of the patients served, while upholding our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development to assess and interpret data for identifying age-specific needs.
• Provide specialized professional nursing supervision and coordination of quality patient care, fostering therapeutic relationships, and active treatment.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions, assessments, and care recommendations while maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Administer medications and oversee the medication room, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Serve as a shift leader, providing oversight to subordinate nursing staff and assigning tasks accordingly.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide care/treatment as ordered by medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring adherence to hospital or facility protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the Nursing Department.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license/temporary permit or have authorization to practice by the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Current CPR and/or ACLS certification.
