Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to sit fully remote. This individual will lead and support multiple initiatives across network, provider, payor, and claims domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or insurance and proven success managing large-scale platform modernization or transformational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex projects and programs, including modernization and transformation initiatives.
Oversee Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban) from initiation to delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
Provide regular status updates, including risks and issues, to senior leadership.
Facilitate technical and business discussions across cross-functional teams.
Manage budgets, including resource hours and costs through clarity.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in healthcare/insurance
Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs.
Preferred tools include:
Jira, IBM RTC( Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer), Clarity (for budget management), SharePoint, QuickBase and other Microsoft office tools
Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint
Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership. Advanced level MS tools knowledge would be plus to collate various data and summarize to present in various forums including those to senior leadership
