**Landscaper/Laborer** **Pay:** $22/hr **Location:** San Juan Capistrano **Shift:** 7am - 3:30pm **Responsibilities** + Chop weeds while maintaining California vegetation. + Will be bagging and loading bags into trucks + Hand weeders will use hand tools to chop weeds while bent down. + Sprayers will carry pesticides in backpacks and follow behind weeders to ensure weeds do not regrow. + Perform vigorous, full-time outdoor work. + Park and hike into the site when necessary due to recent rains. + Plant pots as scheduled within project timelines. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of outdoor construction or landscaping work. + Positive attitude. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted. + Strong verbal communication skills. + Comfortable working outside in the heat. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Juan Capistrano, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
