Senior Change Manager -Pharma (Hybrid-Lawrenceville, NJ)


We are seeking a Sr Change Manager for a global pharmaceutical company. This role will focus on leading change management for global Finance team transformation initiatives. Work will include Change management, communication and training.

This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role in Lawrenceville, NJ.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provides hands-on support and development of change strategies through the development of stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, engagement plans, impact assessments, change readiness plans, and quantitative success measures that will reinforce change.
• Provides support in the development, execution, and monitoring of Change Management Plans in collaboration with project sponsors, project managers and key stakeholders.
• Manages partnerships with various stakeholders globally including but not limited to Project Leads, Project Teams, Corporate Affairs, Senior Leadership, learning and development organizations to understand existing performance incentive mechanisms, communications channels, and educational forums.
• Deliver training and or support the development of training documentation and materials updates as necessary.
• Ensures adequate engagement is performed to drive awareness and buy-in of changes across impacted stakeholder groups.
• Plans and oversees delivery of training and communication materials for stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives and liaises with stakeholder groups and change agent networks.
• Use a structured change management methodology (e.g., process and tools) to guide portfolio-level and initiative-level change management activities.

Requirements:

• 6+years of change management experience in large scale global change and transformation initiatives
• Experience working in Pharma and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Experience with Change Management principles and best practices as well as experience working with Enterprise Process Management. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI, CCMP etc.)
• 6+ years of experience with MS Office 365 including SharePoint with strong PPT skills.

Compensation: $85/hr. - $89.83/hr.
