Responsible for all HVAC system maintenance for both Non-GMP and GMP equipment at the XDC Singapore site, including air handling units, cold rooms, isolators, clean rooms, pass boxes, LAF, and other related chilled water and cooling water pipelines. Create HVAC SOPs, PM plans, and manage spare parts in accordance with the XDC framework. Execute the PM plan and perform any required emergency maintenance. Monitor system data to improve performance, resolve weaknesses, and implement best practices for energy saving and low carbon operations. Handle deviations or change controls related to the HVAC system. Mentor junior engineers and guide their development. Collaborate with the shifts team, user team, QA, Validation, and other departments to ensure the HVAC system meets all departmental requirements.
