NeoCoach is revolutionizing the global fitness industry by combining evidence-based training methods with community fitness to help people improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being.

We have built a platform that partners with athletes to host fitness programs for their fans. We run cohort-based, remote programs using our dedicated coaching team and sophisticated product.

We're looking for athletes who care deeply about helping people improve their fitness, want to build their brand, and monetize their know-how. This is a chance to build upon your brand as an athlete and leverage your domain knowledge, by inviting your audience to take part in a program and providing ongoing support through messaging throughout the program.

As a NeoCoach partner, you'll be working with a fast-growing company aimed at reshaping the way athletes and fans interact, all done 100% virtually through our mobile app and web platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• NCCA or professional track & field athlete (past or present).
• Understanding of proper exercise technique.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work at least 3-5 hours per week.
  

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Social media follower count (across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) over 3k people.
  

Responsibilities

• Invite your audience to join our program using our brand kit over a set schedule.
• Sign-off on our program plan which will be tailored to help each client meet their weight goals, body composition goals, or general health goals.
• Remain in constant communication and provide support, encouragement, and feedback to each client and the group, through our in-app messaging system.
• Provide ongoing education and information to clients in tandem with the NeoCoach team covering a range of topics including nutrition, supplements, training, and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to improve the experience for each NeoCoach member.
